Since its establishment in 1991, G. E. Fielder & Associates, Chartered has successfully completed several hundred parks, recreational, trail and athletic projects. GEF knows the business of parks and enjoys the process of developing facilities from inception to dedication. Our ability to execute plans and construction at all stages is unrivaled, as is our ability to initiate new facilities for introduction into parks and recreation. GEF has designed a significant number of active park facilities including ball fields, soccer complexes, playgrounds, tennis courts, in line hockey, trails, and bocce' courts to name a few. We have also designed passive park facilities including trails, picnic areas, parking, and restrooms. GEF's park designs have received numerous awards including the 2007 Merit award from the American Society of Landscape Architects Maryland Chapter for Clemyjontri,1999 American Society of Landscape Architects Presidential Award for Hadley's Playground and the January, 2000 Montgomery County Park Foundation Award, also for Hadley's Playground.
