Endicott Hills was developed and built by Mitchell and Best Homes and received numerous awards, including the Finest for Living, National Arbor Day Foundation Award, and the Secretary of the Environment Award. The 8 acre site is a planned single family home project located in Carderock Springs, Maryland. Fifty percent of the site is preserved in woodlands. G. E. Fielder & Associates, Chartered was the prime on this project and provided all the necessary services, including: concept plans, feasibility studies, boring plan/report, water and sewer plans, record plats, construction documents and specifications (including pre-preliminary, preliminary, and grade establishment), sediment control and stormwater management, natural resource inventory and forest stand delineation.
